What are non-peak hours?

Tues - Thurs 11 am - 8 pm & Friday 11 am - 5 pm.  You can not redeem Groupon/Living Social vouchers on the weekends.  Sorry, no exceptions.

what do i get to make with the voucher?

You are making a 7 oz candle in a tin container.  If you would like to upgrade or change the products we will simply deduct what you paid for the voucher from your total bill.  Sorry, we cannot combine this discount with any other offer or incentive.  You are always welcome to create additional products while you are visiting.

How long will it take to make my candle?

On average, it will take approx. 30 mins to create your 7oz candle.  After you blend your candle, it requires 45 mins to set before you can take it home.  You are welcome to make other products in that time or come back another time or day to pick it up. ​

Can I substitute my candle offer for something else?

Yes, you can upgrade your purchase.  We will deduct the cost of your voucher from your in-store total.  This curtesy can not be combined with any other offer or incentive. 

Do I need a reservation to use my groupon?

Yes - Please remember, you can not redeem your voucher on the weekends or Friday's after 5pm.   Just show us your voucher when you arrive! During the Covid "yellow" phase we are not accepting walk-ins.  Also, during this time reservations must be for groups of 4 to 10 people. Your reservation will be for 1 hour.  If will just be creating the 1 candle, the average time to create it is approximately 30 minutes. 

Are there any other fees?

No, everything is included in your voucher to make a 7oz candle in a metal tin. ​ Tips are cash only. 

can i make other things while i am visiting?

Sure! The Groupon/Living Social offer can not be combined with any other in-store promotions and is not eligible for loyalty points. 

can i reserve the private room and use groupons?

Sure! The private room fee without in-store purchases and/or meeting the room minimums is $100 per hour. 

My voucher expired will you honor it?

​Yes, just make a reservation during Non-Peak hours and we will happily honor your expired voucher.

Do I leave a tip?

Yes you can! Cash only tips please. 

Will I be able to take my candle home with me during the session?

Sorry, no - not during the Covid restrictions.  We will arrange a pick-up time & day or you can have it shipped or delivered to you for $10. This is because it takes time for candles to set before they can be moved.
