Our Party Room is the perfect place for your next event. It comes equipped with chalkboard walls, tables, chairs and a lounge area. Come celebrate birthday's, retirements, or simply take some time to relax and enjoy each others company. You and your guests will enjoy a perfectly scented experience, while you create any of our over 50 Scentables using our extensive fragrance selection. Bring the wine, snacks, and your camera for a uniquely memorable event.
Things to know about booking the Party Room
- We can accommodate up to 35 people.
- Your guests will create their crafts in our open area and your food, drinks, and everything else will be set-up in the Party Room. The Party Room has 3 large rectangle tables, a buffet, a bar that seats 12, and a sofa - perfect for pictures.
- You can choose to have your guests decide what they would each like to create when they arrive or have your entire party create a package. Package rates are discounted.
- There is a $1.00 non-refundable booking fee. There is a less-than 7 days cancellation fee/no-show fee of $200. The booking credit card will be charged if needed.
- Room rental is $200 for the first 2 hours. This fee is waived for attendance of 10 or more guests.
- The room is yours for 2 hours, plus 15 minutes to set-up and clean-up. Additional time can be pre-booked at a rate of $50 per half hour. Extra time requested on the day of your event is at a rate of $75 per half hour (contingent on availability).
- Bring in whatever you like. Food, drinks, decorations...whatever!
