This is a unique fragrance for sure! It is like you opened that cover on an old musty book. It is very minerally, and a little bitter. This is one of those fragrances that people love or hate. There is very little in-between. I am a lover of it for home fragrances with some help from other fragrances. This is one of those fragrances that needs friends with it to shine at it's best. Just about anything you might find in a library works really well. In-store we see this one used when making a thoughtful gift for a book lover.
Old Books Fragrance
5 blends to try with Old Books
Leather = The perfect encyclopedia scent.
Leather + Mahogany + Peppercorn = Think fancy corner office in the 1920's.
Tobacco Vanilla + Campfire = The Old Books fragrance adds just a touch of a minerally back note in this blend.
Bubblegum = Smells like childhood.
Smoked Ginger + Bamboo Musk = This is a soapy and masculine blend. A touch exotic.
